A very nice piece of fillet steak. Not the biggest, but they never are. Melt in the mouth tender, it only needs a few minutes cooking on each side. Succulent and juicy, it's everything you want from a steak. Expensive as all fillet steak is, but Amazon frequently have it as an offer, when it them becomes great value. Cooking instructions spot on

The texture and flavour of fillet steak is perfect. It cooks tender every time. I’ve bought these on numerous occasions and I’ve never had one that didn’t please. I cook mine medium rare and it cuts like butter and almost melts in your mouth. The flavour is amazing. A little seasoning is all that’s needed as the taste is perfect alone. Well worth paying a little extra for this steak.

When you get a good one, they are really good, but 60% of the time now, we are getting really poor steaks which are most definitely not fillet as they are full of fat and gristle. It used to be 20% were poor but now its much more regular. Such a shame as they are great price at 2 for £8 but we might have to stop buying them as we keep ended up with ruined dinners.

Thick, Tender and 100% edible. Sometimes appears to have been hacked out of a larger cut, especially when the sinew is on a flat side.

got this on a 2 for £8 offer. I have had many steaks from Amazon Fresh before and not had any complaints. I like to inspect my steaks before buying them but i've never had any complaints with the ones selected by Amazon. My son's loved their fillets, no complaints from them!
