6PK 3/16x3 TOG Anchor

ANCHORS ARE TERRIBLE. The package came with 6, out of the 6 three of them broke. I followed the directions included with package, had the arrow facing up and while screwing the screw in, the metal toggle fell into the wall. all that was left was the white plastic molly.

We watch a couple youtube videos and we did it very slow and carefully. No issues at all. It worked great and the tv is secured.

Magic. Easy to use, installed with a hand screwdriver.

Did the trick.

Plastic breaks easily.

Installed 4 100# units to hold 35# TV. Two seem to be holding ok (in diagonal opposite corners of mounting bracket), one seemed to work for a minute but when actually started to mount the bracket and put the screw in for final tightening it just went in all the way not touching anything - don't know what happened to the toggle, last one appeared to be screwing in ok but again on the final fit it simply would never tighten up - just spin. So 50% failure rate for me - now have to remove bracket and put in two more anchors (different kind). Think Cobra Anchor may make ok stuff but this version isn't ok.

Followed the instructions and used two of these to remount a toiler paper holder and it worked great. Then tried to use 2 to mount a towel rack, and both of them kept rotating forever. The toggle would not pull back to the sheetrock no matter how many times I spun the screw including while pulling the screw back. Back to standard toggles for me.

Do not buy this product. I bought a 2 pack to hang a heavy mirror. First, the plastic head of the fastener did not have a fitting for any type of screw driver - it was simply a round hole so I had to use a pair of pliers to screw it in and then tap the last 1/2 inch with a hammer. Second the actual screw would not lock the toggle against the drywall leaving it stuck and loose with a full 1/3 sticking out of the wall. Save your money and frustration and use anything else - this product is horrible.
