1 part missing which is D iron sheet , apart from that excellent item very sturdy , could you send me the missing part please

Advertised as new but was used
I have a broken leg, so bought this item to go over my bed so that I would be able to work with my leg elevated. About 10 minutes after opening, it was evident that the item had been used. Wooden bits were broken & where screws were fitted & pulled out, holes were damaged. The box it came in was also damaged along with the packing material which was almost smashed to bits. Very disappointing. I'm only giving it one star because I have to select something in order to submit.
