37" board is for 60-120 lbs and 4ft 0 in ----5ft 7in. 41" board is for 120+ lbs.

No. It's not a cloth covered board, it's a hard condensed foam top.

Q: Would this work for an adult that's 6 ft 4 in and 215lbs?

My son is 190 lbs and 5’10. This board worked perfectly for him through some pretty heavy duty use. I would hazard to say you may might not find this adequate.
