Excellent customer service
After several attempts to leave a review of another item I decided do post my review despite the picture was inaccurate to the item when I retrieved the item for the review A negative review was intended to alert others about a bed that is unacceptable and customer service was even worse The claw and aliens are absolutely amazing. The actual size is even bigger than expected. The colors are bright and I consider myself lucky to own this item

Broken on arrival.
This was a birthday gift for my grandson. Reviews were not good so I tried it out as soon as I got it. It did not work at all. Claw was broken.

The claaaaw
Cute machine that is fun to play. The claw gets stuck and spazzes out sometimes when it gets stuck behind a little green man and the noise is constant when playing so prepare for that. Otherwise super fun and cute.
