After upgrading from WIN 10 1904 to 2004 the OS had stopped recognizing my SSD as such, due to a driver incompatibility. So I got this card to upgrade from the Motherboard SATA I interface to SATA III, and to regain SSD detection TRIM etc.Was easy to install under Win 10, and required no drivers. It is recognized at the BIOS level, so it is perfectly bootable too.Once installed, I restarted with WIN 10 on the original Motherboard SATA, to make sure there were no conflicts.Then shutdown, and connected the system disk to this IOCrest SI-PEX40064, and rebooted fast and smoothly.No issues, it boots in AHCI mode and TRIM is working without any tweaking.I am not using the RAID feature, but it is available for configuration right before booting.Not the cheapest SATA 3 Controller, but works like a charm, and comes with 4 SATA III interface you can ALL use at the same time, unlike the cheap cards that only provide either two external, or two internal, or one external + qone internal.

Firstly, the product arrived a day earlier which was a pleasant surprise. Windows 10 Pro o/s. with an old MSI P6N SLI motherboard. I inserted the device into the pci-e slot, connected my 4 sata drives, and started the computer. First start up was slow, but probably due to new hardware. Once it got into Windows, the new hard drives were visible and working. Did a few restarts and the boot up was faster with everything detected. Recommend this product 100%

Easy to install. Worked perfectly with TrueNAS. Just plugged in and it works.

La BIOS detecta los dispositivos conectados a este adaptador como si fueran USB (no los detecta nativamente como SATA), pero es el único detalle.Es plug and play y en pruebas de velocidad esta a la par del SATA (Probado con SSD y HDD en Win 10 pro)
