product is good but the delivery packaging was not good enough type protect against heat and the lipstick was almost melted and dropped due to heat

Product was delivered promptly however the product itself came off from the stick it was attached to. Somehow it may have melted off from the packaging. The lip stick is genuine and the color is good. Seeing how it turned out on delivery, I will not order this again.

I love this gloss. The color is as expected and it is soft and smooth. Too bad the price is skyrocketing!
