I had minor reservations as to how good this would be but, it’s high quality, the sizing is spot on and the Velcro has very good fastening.

This belt is incredibly comfortable. Initially, I was hesitant to try it as I've only ever used leather belts before. While it may not offer the same level of security as a leather belt, it provides ample support for heavy lifting, which is a huge relief. What really stands out for me is how compact it folds, making it effortless to toss into my gym drawstring bag. This convenience ensures that bringing it to the gym or carrying it around during other exercises is a breeze.However, I do find the locking mechanism a bit tricky to operate. It can make tightening the belt fully a bit challenging. Nonetheless, I've found that I can still use it effectively without engaging the lock bar.

I’ve been using the belt for a few weeks now and I’m happy with it. It does exactly what it should. The quality of materials seems very good and once fastened it provides required support for my back.
