It's a beast (in a good way)
Works great I did buy a strap to hold some of the weight. It comes with string in it make sure to open up and re string it because they wound it up so tight it does not come out when you use it. The thing is a beast and goes through tall grass and weeds. I love it and would highly recommend it

Probably better suited for city yard. Not so much for rural.
9/2/2023 UPDATE: NO Customer Service. Company doesnt stand behind it's product. Lost the head spring last October (2022). I have been searching for another ever since. Have contacted customer service 4 times and finally got an email last week. There's a 6 week wait for the head spring! C/S couldnt tell me any dealer or store that may carry it. I have spent about $35-$40 in springs that didnt fit. BEWARE if you order from this company! May 2022: Ordered this the day I found out it was a "NO-PULL START"! I ordered this and when it arrived, it didn't seem like the one I had looked at. I think they are probably getting rid of older stock. The LawnMaster website doesn't even list a 25cc curved shaft. This doesnt sit well with me. But I'm desperate. I'm almost 70 years young and can't afford to pay for yard work. I live at the lake and have a very large yard, 300'x800' in an HOA. Upkeep is a must if I don't want to pay fines. Hate that it's 2 cycle oil, but it is what it is. Even though it's a curved shaft it still measures about 64.5". I'm barely 5', so it makes it extremely hard for me to use. Usually, a curved shaft is very accommodating to my height, but not with this brand. The guard is very large making it hard to maneuver in order to trim around the sidewalk. The handle will NOT stay put! It constantly wiggles all around no matter how tight you make it. It seems heavier to me than my other weed eater's. I use a strap which helps with the weight. It doesn't have the power that my Craftsman 25CC or my TroyBilt 30cc has. Takes time to add line. you have to take it apart and manually rewind, then put it back together. The line doesnt come out with a simple tap or two, but it may be due to the fact that it's taller than I am. I'm going to try and switch heads, hopefully that will help. I like that it will take 90 line. Thats a plus when working around trees in the back that backs up to a county road and has a lot of brush. But of course, I bought this because of the no-pull start. Just don't have the strength that I use to have to pull on that rope. I think this is a good product for an older person or a person that may have some physical issues that has a city yard. I used this weed eater all day yesterday and only got about 1/3 of my weed eating done. I will update in a few weeks.

I recommend this trimmer
This is an excellent buy. It’ll take care of bigger stuff with some trouble but is ideal for the typical yard. I recommend this trimmer.

I am disappointed no with the battery but with the equipment in general
The battery live is good, but the equipment has it faults in the union of the two parts and also is very hard to put a new cord in the tool

No more struggling with string!
Bought one for my mother as a gift - and she loved it so much I bought one for me as well! Have you ever struggled to get the string of a gas-powered one to start? Yeah - we were with you in that club. I would get annoyed by trying and trying to pull the string fast enough, hard enough to get ours going - only to then have the hubby or son come over (and of course they would normally get it on the first try!!) While it took a couple of tries the first time to figure it out - admittedly, this was because I did not read the instructions so I had to figure out the right combination of steps - it was still FAR MORE EASY to push the primer pump, pull the handle, and push the start button than it ever was to start those string mowers! You do give up a bit of power, but it still did the job!

Very cheaply built
Pros: Push button start. Good thing, because I'd rip my shoulder out trying to restart it hot. Cons: Hard to restart when hot. Primer bulb stays empty, surges at full throttle, whole thing twists in my hand. Does not use standard attachments - smaller diameter shaft. Can't use any of the attachments from my previous trimmer. Balance handle does not lock into place, rocks all over HORRIBLE string head design. Have to disassemble completely to add line, be careful not to lose the spring. Does not handle .095 line well at all.

mistakes
I have had nothing but problems with the weed eater, I bought it because I am Hardie caped. I can not get parts, even called their phone. No one seems to have worked on one nor seen one. Now gas blowing out and gas leaks. I may have 20hrs on it. I used the correct oil and high Octane gas, during the winter I cranked all my motors at least one time a month. I will never buy anything from lawn master again.

My first review was wrong
I love the weed eater but after 1 season it wound not start so I charged and it would still wouldn’t start. It is supposed to have a two year warranty on it so I called the number 5 days in a row and finally got to someone who asked for information that I didn’t have on me at the time.He gave me is name to call him back and just so you know I was on hold all 4 days to close to an hour.On day three of the next week same routine almost on hold for an hour each day and finally got someone on the other end whom has never heard of the man that i have talked with before. So go through the whole situation with the new customer service person and told me the service department will e Mail me back. This was almost 3 weeks ago so it doesn’t look like this company stands by its warranty. So basically if you want a good weed eater for a season then this is for you just don’t e spect them to stand by their warranty.I hate this because it is a great product with a great idea
