YIMAGUJRX Black Kailh GM 8.0 Mouse Switch for Gaming Mouse 4Pcs

Ordered the 4.0 switches to replace defective OEM switches in a new mouse. These worked well and were super easy to install. Straight plug and play, no welding or software work required.

My Logitech G502 Lightspeed decided to stop left clicking which is the most important function for a mouse. Since it was so expensive I decided to try to replace the buttons. These are inexpensive but were really easy to install (just a couple solder points) - Hardest part was disassembling the mouse and keeping track of all the parts. The mouse now works and has a satisfying click - the reds are are more clickier where the black switches feel more in line with the stock mouse. I like the reds because it does feel more substantial and premium. Highly recommend.

Works well. They are different from the stock switches and feel better in my opinion. Its a bit of a pain to get the old solder to flow right so you can get the old switches out. I only had a regular soldering iron so a hot air rework station would probably be a lot easier... but I got the job done. No more double-clicks and I can keep my old braided cord 502.

Replaced switches in Logitech MX Anywhere 3S. Original switches were smaller footprint but PCB allows either size. These are slightly louder (more like MX Anywhere 3 mouse), but will hopefully last longer, I had to replace due to double-click problem with moderate use. Used for right/left click switch but mousewheel switch is a different type (see iFixit for teardown). Ordered based on Reddit discussions.

Ran into the dreaded double-click issue that happens with nearly all modern Logitech mice, so I bought the 4x pack of Black Kailh GM 8.0 switches to replace the failing ones in my two year old Logitech G502 Lightspeed. They work great and slotted in perfectly with no problems. Good crisp click feel, reliable activation, absolutely no issues so far. Eventually I'll get around to replacing the ones in my G903 that ran into the same issue that drove me to buy the 502 in the first place with the spare 2 switches from this 4 pack. Logitech should be ashamed that we have to replace their low-quality parts.
