Excellent pan! I’ve used it to make scones and sticky toffee pudding so far. I suspect that it will make perfect brownies too especially if you like crisp edges. I bought the mini scone pan since this one was so good!

This works amazingly well! I love scones and this pops them out perfectly whether you're using a mix or baking from scratch. The portion size is perfect for most mixes, with eight perfectly bakes scones. The scones don't stick and cleanup is easy!

I love the Nordic Ware ranges and have tons of items. Recent orders have not been satisfactory though. I’ve had 3 items arrive in the last 2 months that look like they are factory seconds. Amazon have been great a replacing, but I get the feeling that quality control is not what it was.
