Excellent quality if you do not misuse it with high heat setting

Love the colour and the size, but definitely not non-stick. Disappointed because I bought based on the good reviews of GreenPan and assurance on non-stick.

Super product, cooks evenly and on a low heat. You don’t need to have a high heat setting, just remember to heat the pan BEFORE you put the oil/butter in for better results. I don’t know why this is so but it seems to work. Perfectly non-stick even when sealing meat. Price is OK for this quality of product and compares favourably with other manufacturers of quality products.

I wanted a small pan to cook an egg in that would stay rounded and fit easily on a bun. This pan is perfect! It's also good for melting butter and cooking other small amounts of food when you don't want to get a larger one out. It cleans easy and is non-stick. Love it.
