Sooooooo Sweet -- Great Product
This is a highly effective and super portable sweetener, with no calories at all -- hard to do better than that. I first got it when I was trying a low carb diet, and discovered that granualated Splenda has carbs. These add up to less than 1 per day, per the Splenda site, but when you are starting Atkins (20g of carbs per day), and you like your tea REALLY sweet, that adds up. Checked on the web, and found that EZ-Sweetz has no carbs at all. Now, I've stopped Atkins, but I am sticking with EZ-Sweetz. The taste is just right, and it is much easier to use -- no little packets falling in back of the garbage can. It is also terrific for eating out and for travelling, since it takes up no room at all and is right there when you need it. Great product!

A lot of sweet in a tiny drop
Super concentrated sweetener in a tiny bottle, great to travel with. All artificial sweeteners have alleged drawbacks, but sucralose seems to be less of a problem than aspartame, which I avoid if at all possible. Each tiny drop is like a teaspoon of sugar, no calories, no bitter aftertaste. And in liquid form there is no maltodextrin powder to bulk it up, like in dry versions such as Splenda. A little pricey but worth it.

Great sweetener
The 'zero' calorie packets actually have 4 calories each and take up a lot of space. This liquid sweetener is truly zero calories and dissolves better than the packets. Among other uses, I use this for sweeting carbonated beverages made with a Soda Stream machine. I think the taste is great. I've signed up for Subscribe and Save -- a better deal. UPDATE: I've been using this brand of sweetener for almost two years now, and still think it is the best thing going. This is also great in iced or hot tea and even oatmeal. I carry my own to restaurants (actually my wife keeps a bottle in her purse for me), and I keep bottles stashed at work, in my car, etc. I'm not sure that 2 drops equals a teaspoon of other sweeteners, though. I use about 10 drops per 8 oz cup, but I like things sweet. I saw someone who complained about clogging, but I have been through many, many bottles, and this has not been an issue. At worst, I've had a few bottles that might need to be squeezed a little harder. Great stuff, and I'm still doing Subscribe and Save.

No Maltodextrin + Super Concentrated and Easy to Use
Love this stuff! I'm a T2 Diabetic and most artificial sweetener has maltodextrin added to it which is a bulking agent that's generally made from corn or grains and it acts like a concentrated carb and raises blood glucose way over normal. For me it's worse than white table sugar. Note that the way the food regulations work, manufacturers do not have to count some substances in the nutrition info on the package label so some things that have maltodextrin in them will say they are low carb or no carb but obviously that's not true. Before I tried EZ-Sweetz, the only sugar free alternative that I could find that was safe for me to use was the Splenda Minis or the Equal tabs - neither of which have the additives that cause blood glucose spikes. I like those sweeteners just fine but in order to put them in anything such as for baking or oatmeal, etc, I'd have to crush them up or stir, stir, stir for about 5 minutes until I was sure the tabs had dissolved. With EZ-Sweetz I don't have to do that. You just put the appropriate number of drops in and stir. Super easy and to me it tastes great. I use at least a few drops of this every day. It may seem to be a bit expensive but it's super concentrated so it doesn't take much to sweeten. a half teaspoon equals an entire cup of sugar for sweetness and you can use less if you like things less sweet. This is a staple now for me. I'm happy to have something I can use that's sweet that doesn't spike my blood glucose.

Great buy, it just makes sense to buy the case!
This is great if you are on a low carb diet or are diabetic. These bottles last a really long time for me and I have had zero issues over several years of use. I was hesitant to have to buy a whole case, but the pricing just made sense to take the plunge. I haven't regretted it at all, this sweetener tastes great and I can keep a bottle at work and at home. I've used in beverages, frozen desserts, and homemade salad dressing. I haven't tried in baked goods, but there are many recipes online as well as conversion charts.

My go-to sweetener
I have been using EZ-Sweetz about 2 years now and I've always been impressed with the product. I carry a bottle in my purse, keep one in the kitchen and one on my desk at work. It's fantastic for iced tea and iced coffee - no more trying to get the artificial sweetener to dissolve in a cold drink! I haven't had any issues with the bottles leaking in my purse, etc. I also have used this for cooking with great success, most recipes do not require the "bulk" of granular splenda. The dropper bottle is best handled gently, if you squeeze too hard you will get a stream of EZSweetz and possibly oversweeten your drink. My only complaint is that this particular bottle style tends to ooze out sweetener, and when that happens I have trouble replacing the cap back on the bottle. (Note: it's not leaking outside the bottle cap, but it's leaking inside somehow and working its way into the grooves that the cap screws onto) A quick run under a tap of hot water will get rid of the white powdery looking stuff that prevented me from closing the screw cap back on, so just a minor annoyance. I sure wish this had a flip-top dropper, though, sort of like a contact lens solution container has. Would be a major product improvement to me!

A favorite!
I first found this at a local store in Michigan and fell in love with the idea of carrying a small container in my purse. I've been ordering direct from the company for a couple years now. It's affordable, tastes great, dissolves into hot or cold beverages, and it comes in different sizes and flavors.
