It looks nice and does the job
Be aware that this has one side that is thick making it difficult to scrap properly but the other side is perfect (I got caught the first time). I guess this gives it a good balance between scraping efficiency and strength.

Quality but not dishwasher proof
Nice spatula but as it's hand wash only I use another Amazon purchase (one blue one pink) that are all silicone outers and go in the dishwasher

My go-to silicon spatula - I have about 5 of these and they are so good! Very useful in all types of cooking, easy to clean and long-lasting.

Perfect for porridge
Great size and the right degree of flexibility for making porridge. Plus it looks good. The wood is not sealed so try not to leave it soaking

Use it all the time
I like that you can take it apart so you know you've cleaned it properly and there's no food debris lurking in the join. It's a bit pricey but it really works well and the paddle (?) has the perfect degree of flexiblity. For example. when I'm baking it moves every scrap of the mixture from the mixing bowl to the cake tin so absolutely no waste (and more cake!) I had a white one which sometimes discoloured when I was using it when cooking curries. The discolouration comes out if it is soaked overnight (minus wooden handle) in a bowl of water with a dishwasher tablet in it. This time, I bought a black one - specially for curries

Hygiénique , certes , mais pas super efficace...........très déçue Et le manche en bambou apparait bien fragile. Eviter de laisser tremper! Je regrette mes vieilles spatule en bois.

Much nicer than expected. The wooden handle is beautifully carved, and fits very nice in your hand. I want to buy more!
