I was just about to order another HP printer because it was giving me lots of errors, and I had to constantly reset the unit and power cycle it. Finally I decided to try these print cartridges to see if maybe the was a problem with the original HP cartridges. Boy am I glad I did! No more errors, no more hassle, and these 410x toner cartridges print perfectly. Not only did I get a great value on my toner cartridges, but no I don't have to buy another printer! Not sure what the difference is, but it's obvious the quality of these cartridges are very good.

I have owned an HP LaserJet M452dn for years. I eventually got tired of buying overpriced OEM toners. So, I decided to move to TRUE IMAGE compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 410X. Great move, their toner are fully compatible with my Laserjet. TRUE IMAGE 410X toners are easy to install, they fit perfectly, the quality of the prints is great. I had never had any issue with the product, up till a few weeks ago when I realized that one of the toners was leaking. TRUE IMAGE toners come with a 2-year warranty. My leaking toner being 1.5 year old, I was a bit nervous. I contacted TRUE IMAGE customer service. They handled my claim very diligently, and they immediately proposed to replace the failed toner under warranty. I received the new toner a few days later. So in conclusion: Great product, great customer service!

TRUE IMAGE 410X toner cartridges are compatible with my HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fnw. Installed in mid-2024, they’ve been trouble-free. They fit perfectly and print accurately without bleeding, streaks, or errors. The printer identifies them as “Non-HP Cartridge” but shows capacity status. HP quality at a fraction of the price. I’ll definitely buy again.

I bought a packaged set of True Image high-capacity toner cartridges in early 2024, because my yellow and magenta cartridges were getting quite low, and buying this set of 4 cartridges was less expensive than buying a single OEM cartridge for my printer. Buyer beware, and all that... BUT I was amazed that I could not tell the difference in the quality of prints between my old OEM cartridges and these new True Image cartridges. Fast forward about 10 months, and my (OEM) black cartridge needed replacing. So I pulled the new True Image black cartridge out of this boxed set and installed it. It worked great for a while (it's a home printer that doesn't see really heavy usage). But then my prints started to develop significant black smudges down the right margin of every print. I figured I got what I paid for, right? But I looked up the company and did a chat with support. Turns out they have a TWO YEAR(!) guarantee, and they agreed to ship out a replacement cartridge free of charge. Being that this chat took place just a couple of days before Christmas, I figured I might see the new cartridge sometime after the New Year. But no, it was delivered the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!! I'm so very happy - great price, great performance, and great customer service!

I'm using these cartridges in an HP M477fdw and I have two major problems with the product: 1. The Magenta cartridge began bleeding color and smearing it all over the page, as well as leaking a bit inside the printer. It took quite some time cleaning and shaking and then cleaning some more to finally get it to print without the magenta streaks and discoloration. The HP Supplies Status report shows an estimated 3250 pages remaining on this cartridge. 2. Then, Black started looking faint and smearing a bit. I cleaned again. Shook the cartridge. Put it back in the printer. It printed okay for a week or two. Now, it's the same thing all over again. This cartridge shows an estimated 2350 pages remaining on the HP report. Not long after this, the color started bleeding again and this time there were several colors involved. I tried to contact the company, but the only way to contact them I could find was via an email. After 10 days, I still don't have a response. Completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. I have tried 3rd party cartridges once before, quite a few years ago, and the experience was not dissimilar. I only tried them again out of frustration with the HIGH prices HP charges for their new ones, and due to promises from this seller that theirs were 100% guaranteed. Guess that wasn't true, since they're now ignoring me. I've gone back to new HP cartridges. But now, when there's a page that is fairly dense in color, the next few pages will have smear streaks of that color. Never had that before with this printer, so it seems the cheap cartridges have had a lasting effect on the printer. Maybe that will eventually go away. Fingers crossed. My recommendation is to NEVER BUY from this company and never buy 3rd party cartridges. I use these for business, where having perfectly printed pages is absolutely required. If you can put up with poor print quality and lots of issues, go ahead and buy the cheap ones and save some money and hope they don't ruin your printer.

Ink Cartridges are adequate.

Bought these almost 2 years ago. They are in our printer right now and we print invoices just about daily.

True Image's products are consistently high-quality. This, together with exceptional customer service keeps me coming back for more. True Image sells refurbished / non-OEM toner cartridges at a fraction of the price of original / OEM cartridges. The products' print quality is excellent. I'll bet that many people couldn't tell an OEM print apart from a True Image print, although a highly discerning inspection would of course show some differences. After all, these are not OEM cartridges -- but you're also not paying OEM prices. I have never had an issue of a True Image toner cartridge "leaking" or "exploding" in the printer. On a few occasions that I experienced print quality problems, a brief email to Customer Service was all that was necessary to get a replacement cartridge shipped to me in short order, directly from True Image. True Image's customer service is as good and as customer-centric as that of Amazon, Costco, Nordstrom, and the Ritz Carlton. Great quality products at a low price -- and great customer service keeps me coming back for more.
