If you already have algae don’t bother
I have used this all summer and it has worked great for preventing algae. We had a week of 100 plus degree temperatures and it was not able to keep up, I ended up having to shock the pool. Use 4-6 oz weekly. Keeps water clear with weekly maintenance.
