No sticking! Easier to roll out pizza dough. Wish I would have discovered this 2 french rolling pins ago. It has nothing to do with the wood. Give me silicone any day.

Unlike your standard roller, everything about this roller was one size, and because of its metal structure, it doesn't bend or eventually break because of the constant pressure. I find the narrower tube to be easier to use.

No more adding flour to The rolling pin or oil or anything like that nothing seems to stick to it perfect I can throw it in the dishwasher if needed it's great the reason I gave it five stars where there were not any more than that to choose from.

This roller is very lightweight. I am so used to the wooden or marble rolling pins that I need to adjust my pressure in rolling. It will take some time to get used to the pin. For those users who prefer a lighter weight pin, this would be great. I like the ease of cleaning.
