Very lovely phone does what I want it to do and would defo but another one in the further if I need one and fast delivery too

The condition of the two phones wasn't excellent, but wasn't too bad either. One of the phones had a dead corner of the display but perfectly usable, and the other clearly has some drop damage to the metal frame. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality.

Loved the condition (and the price) of the S21+ phone. The condition is excellent, for an acceptable condition phone. There are NO marks or scratches on the screen, just a few marks on the side and back of the phone, but you'd haven't to look very hard to see them. With a decent phone case it looks brand new. Also comes with 12 months warranty. I was genuinely surprised how good a condition the phone is for a 3 year old phone, it looks like it's hardly been used. So pleased with the purchase, it's saved me a lot of money, and nobody can tell it's re-conditioned.

This product is rubbish. Do not buy it!!!! It turns it's self off and the company appear not to help.

The phone is good by the looks. But it has software issue. And the one i got is very sluggish when i use. Feels like im running the phone is 30fps. Not good experience with the phone. I would like to get a refund on it

Absolutely world class the delivery time was quick the phone was in NEW condition there are a few EXTREMELY small scratches but they are very hard to notice furthermore the value for money is insane would ABSOLUTELY recommend

Faulty fingerprint sensor, sometimes it wont work no matter what. Front camera had dust/bubbles under it so pictures were poor quality, back camera fortunately was good as usual. Overall the phone was not refurbished with care and buy at your own risk.
