So far so good. Installed this on my Lynx 42" outdoor BBQ Grill to replace the a near-new replacement OEM thermometer that was very poorly constructed! This one looks great, works well, easy to instal and of drastically better quality (seemingly) than the OEM one it replaced. For that price, can't be beat.

Easy to install in my smoker ! Perfect size , Temperature is pretty accurate may depend on style of your grill or smoker , great quality , simple to read worth every penny.

I ordered a 2 pack of these for my Weber Smokey Joe Grill. One for the lid, and one for the body - mounted just below the grill grate. In my application, I needed to drill for mounting these.... but that was easy. What I like about these is - they are nice and big. (I actually imagined them to be smaller - more like the one on my Traeger) The large size, and colored ranges makes these easy to read at a quick glance. They seem to glow well, they are pretty bright. I haven't tested how long they glow, but in actual use - I don't grill in the dark very often, and if I do, I'd have a flashlight with me anyway. Seem to be decently made, included nut and washer are stainless steel. There doesn't seem to be a way to calibrate these.... so you get what you get. (if there is a way.... I must have missed how) But my initial test (boiling water test) shows that they are pretty close, within a few degrees.... that's good enough for my use - since I'm only concerned about the average range. Overall first impression: I like 'em. I'm actually going to order 1 more of these, to replace the dome thermometer in our Traeger. (it's the same sized hole) Not that there is anything wrong with the Traeger thermometer, but for testing purposes / reference. I'll update after these get some use.

Good gauge for a small amount of $$$, seems accurate within 4° either way by a thermal gun. I've purchased a couple in the past for a small offset smoker, they're doing good, no condition issues, no moisture buildup under the glass, fantastic for an inexpensive offset smoker, charcoal grill ( actually using theses on my Weber as a replacement) pizza oven. All and all, very pleased.

Very nice. Purchased this for my Pit Boss to ensure I was getting accurate readings from the digital display temp. It looks nice and works great. It also glows in the dark if exposed to direct light which was not expected but appreciated.
