I have very problematic skin, it is both oily and dry, sensitive and resilient, in short, it is an absolute nightmare to find skincare products that work for me. I often find that "sensitive" products are not strong enough to have any effect on my redness or blemishes and "Intense" protects cause my skin to burn and make matters a thousand times worse. It is safe to say that I have spent a fortune on skincare over the past few years. So I was very sceptical when I decided to try this treatment, it made a lot of promises that other products have done before, so I wasn't holding my breath. However, after 2 weeks of use I can honestly say that this stuff is pure magic. I have used it exactly as directed, dabbing a little onto undamaged skin where a spot has formed and in most cases the redness is practically gone and the spot healed over night, 2 nights tops. I can honestly say that I am blown away by how effective it is and with no dry skin or other adverse side effects. For the amount that you use I can see this bottle lasting well over a year which is fantastic value for money. It has become a must have in my skincare routine and when it does eventually run out I will absolutely be purchasing more. The ONLY downside I have found so far, is that you need to apply it with a cotton bud dipped to the bottom of the bottle (to reach the pink stuff through the clear fluid) and my cotton buds are just a little bit too short so it is a little tricky to get down there, I'm not sure if I just have short buds but if the bottle were a little shorter that would be wonderful :) All in all though, this is a fantastic product for those of us with problematic skin prone to breakouts and I highly recommend it. I never ever write reviews but I am so impressed with this product that I had to write this one. I've always had occasional sore spots all through life and I used to use a topical solution by Liz Earle. This dried out the spot and helped it get better over a few days but I ran out of my solution and couldn't find anymore on t'internet. This spot lotion is next level though. I've just turned 52, am peri-menopausal and I do get the occasional spot. I felt one coming up on Wednesday so I ordered this lotion and as soon as I applied it and slept on it, I can honestly say it has disappeared with no consequences. I just wish I could have got hold of this when I was a teenager in the 80's.

My daughter absolutely love this one, she has been struggling with spots and acne for long time and this one is so far the best product she tried. I'm not saying that it cleared completely but made a massive visible difference and she keeps using it.

good at reducing spots but the smell made nauseous

I’ve tried countless acne and blemish products and this is the first one that I’ll actually purchase again. It’s not a miracle solution but I can see definite improvements whenever I apply this to a spot or cystic pimple overnight. My only suggestion for improving would be to provide some sort of applicator as cotton buds don’t reach the bottom of the bottle.

I've bought this product twice before and loved it. However what I received today was a bottle of spoilt hard solution, like its been left out with the bottle top open. The product arrived outside of its damaged box. Totally unacceptable, looked like has already been used and packed in a rush. Unable to process a refund. Very unhappy customer.

Brilliant its really helped with my spots after trying so many treatments, doesn’t smell that nice but don’t mind great value for money

Loving this new product from Procoal! I purchased this one as it looked similar to the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion, but this product is better value and I'm not disappointed. Works in the same way and does the job really well at drying out and healing spots. Easy to use. If you accidentally shake it just let it separate again before using. Love it!
