The only thing this product could use is some sort of instructions and even suggestions included. For example, an explanation of what order to assemble the poles. However, trial and error will get you through that, plus, for certain applications you may want to switch around where the foam grip goes. I still don't know what the two straps on the head are for. But that all being said, I can easily wash my cars with this and then mop the laundryroom floor with it. I love this product. Comes with two heads. They rinse out well in the sink or you can toss them in the wash and they come out great. It is very soft and won't scratch. The head is flexible, so it will contour to your car. Still, it is a soft head, it will not scrub off heavy soil, but your trying towel should pick up what the mophead misses. It also does a fantasitc job on the tile laundy floor, better than any mop I have used. But you can't wring it out as such like a floor mop, but it is worth a little extra figuring out for how well it cleans the floor.

Great product at a great price. Works well

Product came in a small lightweight package, all of the pieces were there and intact. They don't include any instructions, but it was pretty easy to to piece together. I was a little confused on how the "mophead" was to fit over the plastic end piece, but figured it out after fooling with it a minute. It's a snug fit and has cord inside that you can tighten. I was a little worried it would slide off, but had no problem with it. It's pretty thick, and covers the plastic well so there is nothing exposed that will scratch your paint. I bought this to wash my 27' travel trailer and it did a great job. The mophead stayed on securely, and the shape allowed me to get into the recessed areas of the camper siding. It also did a great job on the windows. It was light enough, and my arms didn't fatigue, even with some scrubbing. I did find that the black cushiony piece on the handle slid up and down as I was washing, though not a big deal. There are 2 straps on the mophead, though I'm not sure what they're for. Maybe to use without the pole? I have a Jeep Gladiator, and my husband has a full size pick up that we will be using this on. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions weren't included, and the purpose for the straps I mentioned remains a mystery. Overall, I'd say it was a great value for the money, especially with the extra wash pad. It's pretty durable, and definitely made a big task easier. Sidenote: I love the bright green color! I'd definitely buy this again, or give as a gift.

Great item, makes car washing much easier!

If I could give this 10 stars I would just for the convenience it provides. I drive a Silverado 4x4 Ext. Cab and although I am 6'2", reaching the center of the windshield and rear window when washing the vehicle is (now was) a challenge. And the roof - forget it. Out comes the ladder or I have to climb in the bed of the truck. This wash mop allows me to reach these areas with ease and is very effective. Equally effective on reaching the roof of my wife's XT5. Nice soft head that is not super heavy when wet and rinses clean. Works great with a two bucket method wash. The pole is a little loose feeling but not a deal-breaker - especially at this price point. Used a couple of dozen times this summer and still going strong. The plastic backing plate inside the mop head is not the most flexible but for flat areas like a roof, windshield, hood, or even the sides of a truck it is fine. Not necessarily a substitute for a hand wash mitt - more of a companion. Would purchase again!

The quality is excellent, handle multiple lengths are perfect, the washability of the heads are great last a long time, easy to use and adjust, well worth the money ….. I’ll definitely order more, great competent by from quality parts ….

It worked great for about 4 washes, the the black claps broke that keeps the string tight on the handle. (the sting is on the blue washing pad)

I purchased this mop for my husband in June 2022 for him to use on the sides of our RV. It has been so much easier than climbing up and down the ladder. The mop head is soft and cleans thoroughly and never scratches. The pole is still solid and just as easy to take apart as it was when we first got it. The mop has held up extremely well. However, even the best made items, will eventually wear out. We find ourselves in need of a replacement head but they are currently unavailable. I wasn't able to purchase additional mop heads when I originally ordered it either. It is a relatively inexpensive item so I will reorder. Maybe hubby can repurpose the pole.

It was as described and did the task well

If you have a suv or bigger, this is a must have. I’m 6ft 4” and still found it a hard stretch to properly clean the top of my suv. This makes washing so! much easier. Heck, you can use this on the whole car, and not constantly be bending down. Nicely built, easy to use/remove and wash micro cloth. I regret not buying this years ago. Recommended.
