Why are these so expensive???

There a few reasons actually, the first one is that these are literally recreations of the games models, which news flash are actually really complicated design wise. So, despite the fact that you think they are "Cheaply made" (I don't think you even know what means) they aren't. If you want a simplied version of fnaf characters maybe get the plushies instead? Another one of them is that these type of things unlike the fnaf plushies only get more expensive with age you asked this ten months ago. Sister location came out around 2016-2017 and I bought all of them when they had just came out and only played about 11-12 dollars each. I think wanting them five years after they were even released and not expecting to pay a lot is quite ridiculous. And what exactly do you mean by "Fall apart"? the arms, legs etc are supposed to come off, did you even read the box? Part of the fun part is supposed to be taking them apart and putting them back together. It also says on the box (Which no doubt you didn't read that they aren't toys) So yeah if you play with them roughly enough they'll break but you'd have to try pretty hard, maybe tell your kids or whoever to be more gentle?

Does its arms legs and head turn

Arms and legs snap on and off and turn but be careful too much playing can cause then to break, my daughter's opened it out of the box, moved it's arm and it broke where it connect's the arm to the socket...
