Ok headlamp
This lamp is ok. It seems overpriced but is the only intrinsically safe headlamp for klein hats. The rechargeable version is brighter than this one.

Flimsy plastic, but I still used it
So, like the other reviews say, this thing broke within 3 months of purchasing. Mine broke at the clip that holds the light onto the hard hat. It wasn't much of a problem though because with all of the dirt and grime I work around it stayed on just from friction for over a year longer. In fact, only today, 1 year and almost 4 months after purchase, while prying it off to replace the batteries, did it actually break in a catastrophic way. The plastic that allows it to swivel around the pins on the mount broke on one side. If they could redesign this with a non ferrous metal housing and kept it below $90, it would be a 5 star product for sure. As is, it's bright, intrinsically safe, and sips on batteries, which means it's one of the better options out there, but it's got some flaws for sure.

Moving parts will break
Very nice but..... it has a tilting feature to adjust the light as needed. It also snaps in a groove on the hard had. Both moving parts have failed. 5 months.

Broke real fast
This light is not worth the money. Kline cannot seem to make a quality light where the adjustment will last. Very disappointed.

Bracket is awful design
Tilt bracket breaks at plastic hinges after a month. waste of $$$

The bracket is plastic I've had one of these before but the plastic bracket has broken both times but this one didn't last a week

Not what I wanted, but a damn good light
I stupidly ordered this before reading all of the advert. I wanted a rechargeable headlamp that would fit to my full brim phenolic MSA hardhat. It is NOT rechargeable. It does NOT fit my hardhat. It does NOT have a magnet on the back. It is BRIGHT! While it wasn't what I thought it was, it is plenty for me!

Nice Light. Stupid Money. Thankfully I'm reimbursed. The only bad thing, is the screws that hold the cover to change the battery. Why not a standard screw (flat blade) which every glove box, tool box, multi tool has. Instead it had really small hex head. I've replaced mine already, but it's definitely a design fubar.
