Absolutely phenomenal product — the Shock Doctor Compression Shorts with Protective Bio-Flex Cup have exceeded all of my expectations. As someone who plays competitive hockey and occasionally dabbles in baseball and martial arts, I've gone through several brands of compression shorts and protective cups, but nothing has come close to the comfort, quality, and peace of mind these provide. The compression shorts themselves are top-notch. The fit is snug without being restrictive, and the moisture-wicking fabric keeps everything dry even during intense, sweat-heavy sessions. They stay in place remarkably well—no awkward shifting or bunching up, which is something I've struggled with in other brands. The material breathes well, so I never feel overheated or suffocated down there. Now, let’s talk about the Bio-Flex cup—this thing is a game-changer. The design is brilliant: it has a flexible perimeter that moves with your body while the solid core provides incredible impact protection. It’s vented too, which makes a huge difference in comfort and airflow. I’ve taken some solid hits during sparring and never once felt unsafe. It’s also easy to remove and clean, which is a bonus.

I would not recommend these shorts to anyone, the cup simply floats in front of your goods and really does nothing. If you bend over it pushes up into your stomach, if you move it moves, etc. The shorts alone fit great but with a cup they are horrible. Also the seller sent me a USED pair of these which I had to wash then try out. Seller refunded my money but still, that's gross... HIGHLY DO NOT recommend these shorts, buy a jock then compression shorts if your on a budget. I bit the bullet and bought "Diamond MMA - Compression Shorts with Built-in Jock Strap & Athletic Cup" and could not be happier. Spend the extra coin, its your nuts!
