Finally got a Renewed Premium phone with the over 90% battery health that is promised. Ordered the same phone each time (Apple iPhone 11, 128GB, White - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)). The first phone came with only 88% battery capacity (health). It could charge to 100%, but the health capacity only registered at 88%. Returned phone 1. The second phone had a battery error stating: "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Health information not available for this battery." It could not display the battery health even though it displayed 100% charged (again, this is not the same thing as health). As the health could not be verified, returned phone 2. Finally, on the third try, received a phone with 100% battery health. I wasn't trying to get a 100% health phone, just wanted the >90% health as advertised. Each phone looked brand new and performed as expected, other than the battery health issues already noted. One frustrating aspect of the Amazon Renewed for phones is that you can't take a return to a UPS drop off location. The phone to be returned MUST be picked up at the delivery address. Of course, there isn't a scheduled pickup time so you must plan to be home ALL DAY until UPS shows up (they'll try for 3 business days). Then there is a transit delay plus time needed to receive the phone into the renewal center to be evaluated by a tech person who hopefully can verify your issue and sign off on your refund. Then it's several days before the refund gets credited to your card. You could shorten this process if you just order a new phone as soon as you have a problem, but who wants to have hundreds of dollars in limbo for weeks without knowing if they'll accept your return for some reason? Just something to keep in mind if you're considering an Amazon Renewed phone. The return process and associated delays were frustrating, but I am finally satisfied by getting the phone I wanted. It's a good deal if it can last and be free of glitches and battery degradation. Good luck!

This is the second excellent refurbished iPhone I have bought from Amazon and it’s just as wonderful as the first one. Yes, they are older. They look brand new. They work brand I will always be a customer for this. No issues with battery life Great phone for starting my business

As of right now the phone is in good condition I’m waiting to see if anything changes but my son is very satisfied

It's less than a month and the cell phone is no longer charging. Battery health is at 0. I got it at 96 percent then it went all the way to 77. Up to last night then today, the phone battery health is at 0. It's not charging anymore at all, before it was charging a little here and there but now it's stuck at 1 without signs of charging and before it would occasionally shut off now it shuts off every few minutes and turns on and remains on one. Seller is unprofessional, they lack customer service as they refuse to provide a refund or international label. Before purchase was received I asked them the condition and explained. Now they are saying they can't do anything. I have to figure out getting it shipped which would cost me more than the cost of the cell phone. Or accept their 30 dollars gift card 🤣🤣 disrespectful. Good thing I have another half working phone to warn yall... Don't mind the charging I'm still trying to charge, if y'all look you'll see there is no sign to show it's charging

El equipo venía en excelentes condiciones, prácticamente nuevo, sin embargo, en la descripción del mismo había seleccionado “256” que por lógica debería tratarse de gb de almacenamiento y al revisarlo solo traía 64gb por lo cual decidí regresarlo.

Llegó antes del tiempo establecido, con 99% de batería, no tiene detalles, estaba como nuevo, y a una semana de usarlo me funciona bien

ESte producto, apesar de ser reacondicionado, esta en perfectas condiciones. Llevo 3 meses con el y no eh tenido ninguna falla. La capacidad de la bateria llegó al 100% y la estetica 10/10. Estoy muy contenta con la compra!.
