I use these spoons daily for a variety of reasons. They spare me having every single teaspoonI own end up in the dishwasher. I have never had one be too flimsy or break no matter howdense the substance I'm spooning out of a container of food. I'm very happy with them.

I use a lot of Dixie plastic utensils, all are strong enough for most uses and are an excellent value.

If you have the need for lots of spoons as I did for my child's preschool class you can't go wrong with a case of 1000. I did it partly to see the teacher's face when I dropped off a carton of 1000 spoons instead of the 25-50 spoons in a box she was used to receiving. It was well worth it.Anyway, the spoons are marvelous. They do all the spoony-type things that one expects in an object that is spoon shaped. I took off 1 star because the teacher told me that a couple of the spoons had some sharp burrs on them that weren't properly smoothed, but in a pack of 1000 a couple misfires are expected. Anyway, highly recommended when people are bugging you for spoons and you don't want to hear from them for a while. Good strong cleanly unwrapped but in taped boxes. Pricey.

I buy these and the forks and knives for everyday use because my family and myself are spoiled and, well, we are grown ups and can use plastic if we want to. No issues they’re great and we will continue to buy.

Nice heavy weight. I use these for ice cream spoons in my restaurant. Definitely recommend. Price is great as well.
