Quaker instant oatmeal in its original packet form is awesome, but having them available in an express cup is even better! The convenience of being able to just prepare them in the cup is a huge plus. They are great for a quick snack or a grab and go for breakfast! All of the flavors are amazing but I particularly enjoy the almond and honey the most.

I started a food journal (really great/bad idea!) and these taste great and since they are single portion, I don't over eat breakfast.

This is exactly what hits the spot as it is getting cooler. These little cups of goodness are spot on - opening the lid reveals a yummy scent and once that hot water blends with it, it is the perfect little meal of warm oatmeal that fills you up. The texture is perfect (obviously, it will depend on how much water you add and whether or not you like runny or chunky, but you are in control here). My package contained fresh ingredients, and the cups are good for almost 6 months (they won't last that long!). These are a perfect little cup of a warm snack or meal - and I love that I can just add hot water and take this with me to my desk, outside to the back deck or whatever.

Great taste texture, mMaple taste is awesome, perfectly sweet taste, great health food supplement, great carbs and protein.
