These are my 3rd purchase. They are fantastic They help with my flat fleet. I had to buy more as the other ones were wore out after a year and and a half and that includes the washing machine.

Great little things. Been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a few months, a few hours of wearing this after it arrived and the relief was amazing. Only problem I have is with getting them to stay in place. Its annoying having to adjust them every 5-7 mins, but being able to walk and not hobble and limp is great. Pros definitely out weigh the cons

Just what i needed

They do not stretch to the size stated I am a size 6/7 feet. The pictures in the ad are misleading in my opinion.They are tough material and cut deeply into your flesh, cutting off circulation because they are too small. They are suitable for tiny,very narrow feet such as possibly 5-10 year old or below ladies size 3. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money unless you have tiny feet.

I only needed one but assume even though they're marked L and R I should be able to use either on my left foot (haven't checked yet to see uf they're moulded differently) It does seem to really help - I had a really badly sprained foot early 2020 and get pain on the top of my foot still - 2 years later. I love walking and trying various things to stop the aching. Felt weird on the first wearing as the moulded bit under your arch felt like I had a stone or something in my shoe but once I got going it was ok. Only issue is that the sock bit wrinkles up so I feel like Norah Batty (for those old enough to remember Norah!) When I wear covered up shoes you won't see but not brilliant with sandals.
