Original Melon Knife Color, Red/Green

I picked this knife because it looked perfect for cutting large melons, instead of the usual knife. The 12 - 16 inch size makes it very easy to use for cutting large melons. The quality is excellent. It cleaned well. It's made very sturdy and durable. And it comes sharpen, ready to use.

I researched and this was the best watermelon knife out there. It is very sharp so be careful. It is purpose built for cutting hard melon skins and works great. I keep it in the protective sleeve when not in use so the blade stays sharp.

This watermelon knife looks like a watermelon, so it goes without saying that is will not be easily lost in the kitchen drawer. I purchased this because we have been eating a lot of watermelon. We couldn't cut in a straight line due to our knives were too short! The knife is very long and sturdy, which enables the user to get the necessary leverage for cutting those thick skins on the watermelon. It can also be used for lots of other fruits and vegetables with great ease. I am really happy with the quality of the knife and can't wait to gift it. I will also need to purchase one for myself!

Because this knife is so long and sharp it works great for watermelon and for cutting sourdough bread.

Very easy to use melon knife. Longer than your average knife and much sharper. Makes cutting melons including larger ones a breeze. Rinse knife and it almost cleans itself. Have had mine for a while and it's still like new even after repeated use.

Love this knife. Makes cutting my watermelons so much easier. Only issue is that it isn't completely sturdy when cutting into the watermelon at first. It does seem to bend/give a little. Other than that, it's very sharp, and cuts it up easily which is what I needed. Love the nice plastic case/cover that comes with it too. I'm hoping it stays sharp for years to come.
