I love these for a sweaty indoor workout. Just pop in my earbuds and start moving, whether running/sliding in place, dancing, scooting across the floor, or doing sliding squats or lunges, I can really get my heartrate up with these discs. Best of all, they glide easily and don't scratch up the floor. These are a great investment.

I grabbed these Gaiam sliders last month to ramp up my at-home core routine. First session on hardwood, I was sliding through mountain climbers like never before—it felt smooth and stable. I even took them onto my rug and kept my balance. They've held up after daily use and really engage my abs and legs. Solid value, portable, and fun to train with.

Ok for the price. My dry feet slide off both sides. They are functional on carpet with shoes on. I use them for knee strengthening exercises and core strengthening exercises. They are adequate but nothing I would purchase again.

Perfect addition to my gym in the garage!!! Really easily to use, size is perfect for my foot space, used for several weeks and still holding up, very durable and slide across our garage floor easily.

Thought I could use these in conjunction with my ab-roller but does not work. Difficult to use on hard floors since my place is not carpeted. Damaged surface after intensive usage on these floors. The knee pads of similar brand that I am using are of so much better quality and durability.

I am a 1st time user of gliding discs. I have always used and like Gaim products because they are good quality products. I am slowly getting used to using the gliders but I enjoy them. They are double-faced, so they can be used on various surfaces. My floor is laminate, and they work well on it without scratching. I am using the soft side of them. The sleek side can be used on carpets.
