RP Remarkable Power, RK7536 Exhaust Flex Pipe 2" x 8" Heavy Duty Stainless Steel 12"OL

Good item to restrict the vibration an exhaust system has on it's surrounding things. A must for classic and modern vehicles. I had to grind work the ID to open it a little bit to make it a true size ordered.

The ends of this unit didn't look like stainless so I did the salt water test on their outside and inside and after a day there was no discoloration or rust at all, no effect. So I believe it is stainless. However it is magnetic, so likely a 409 or similar grade stainless, not 304. Looking at some of the photos in the bad reviews I suspect they may be from a different unit, not this one, as this one is all stainless throughout and couldn't rust like their photos show. I also tried inserting some 2" OD 304 stainless exhaust tube in the ends and the fit was nice and tight, perfect. I'll install this clamped, not welded, so that if it does fail it'll be easier to replace. Not a big dollar item so I am not very worried.

Install on a machine that pumps concrete that was busting the exhaust manifold from vibration.inztall between manifold and muffler.

This little baby saved me a chunk of change. Was able to fix wife's Toyota with this well made exhaust flex pipe for way cheaper than what any garage or dealer wanted. Just a little cutting and welding and done. Pipe arrived on time and looks factory. after installing wife is happy, I'm happy...now back to my other toy projects.
