Worst product listed in Amazon with rude customer service from the seller
Worst product listed in Amazon , the customer service from the seller was very rude asked them to take back the sofa as the sofa was not what we had expected looked like used and rugged . Spoke to Amazon and the seller to return the item but neither Amazon did anything to help with the issue and the Seller wanted us to return the item by courier services on our cost .

Bad buy.
Bad product. Don’t buy from the seller also.only one day of use and it was rip off. Inside is coming out. It doesn’t deserve a star.

Warning, Counterfeit!
Do not buy, this is a bad quality imitation not an original product, does not have fabric, is just a smelly sack full of styrofoam.

The bag does not have enough foam inside It’s useless

I returned this product as it looked far from what we could see in the photo. It comes in a vaccum bag which makes it look like a brick when out of the box. Instructions said it would look good in up to 5 days, but it never happened. It took us ages and a lot of effort to break/fluff all the foam (as per instructions) and it did not feel comfortable at all. Weird shape and feel. Returned it and went for a tradicional bean bag and much happier now

Le pouf est imposant, en revanche c'est juste un coussin géant : le rembourrage étant de la mousse il n'y a aucun soutien du dos, si l'on esai, le dos s'enfonce jusqu'a se retrouver couché. Le tissus semblant être solide et bien cousu, j'ai décider de remplacer la garniture par des billes de polystyrènes. Heureusement que j'avais mon ancien pouf poire, entre ses billes (environ 100L) plus un sac de 100L, j'atteint le remplissage minimum. Le pouf pourrait largement prendre un autre sac de 100L, j'attend que les billes déjà mises se tassent un peu avant d'en rajouter. dernier point sur la housse, elle possède deux fermetures éclair superposées, chacunes se fermant dans le sens opposé de l'autre, très sécuritaire (en tous cas de prima bord). 90€ pour cet article, sachant qu'il faut remplacer la garniture pour obtenir quelque chose de bien (et bonjour la galère pour enlever la mousse à l'intérieur, ça en met partout, c'est des chutes ou des déchet de mousse, ça leur a pas coûté grand chose du tout). Si l'on rajoute à ça le prix de deux sacs de 100L de billes polystyrène, on arrive au prix d'un pouf poire de qualité. A vous de voir si vous désirer vous embêter à remplacer la garniture ou pas.
