Simple Mills, Chocolate Brownie Cookies Thins, 4.25 Ounce

OMG, this is terrible. I love these sooooo much! I'm overjoyed that I have found a gluten free delicious cookie with a sweetener that doesn't make me sick, but I have absolutely NO self control. The serving size is 12 cookies which is fair, given the tiny size of the cookie. There are 4 servings per box. I purchased 3 boxes. The day they arrived I decided to see if I even liked them. I ate a few at first then decided that I loved them and then ended up eating the entire box in one sitting. Guilt ridden, I decided not to eat any at all the next day. I couldn't resist them the next day. I opened a new box but I only ate the serving size of 12. Whew! Today I was determined to eat 12, so I only took 12 out of the box. I ate all of those...and then all the rest left in that second box. There's one box left and I should give that away or something...but I won't! I will try to do better with that last box and then never order any more, but I know that as soon as I finish writing this review, I'm going to order another shipment of these lovely little delights and devour that last box before the order is even processed!

I love these little cookies and to me they taste just like graham crackers. I have celiac and most gluten-free graham crackers aren’t the best. I love the crunch, and they go great with tea.

Son crujientes y me caen muy bien dentro de mi condición de gastroparesia controlada 😇 Definitivamente recomiendo 💯 este producto, nos cuidamos y merecemos deleitarnos y premiarnos de vez en cuando.

I bought a variety pack so I could try all four flavors-Chocolate Mint, Lemon, Chocolate Brownie, Honey CinnamonChocolate Mint: not good at all in my opinion. Very weird after taste, barely had a mint flavor, and tasted chalky, and were softer than the other flavorsLemon: AMAZING-my favorite out of the four flavors, Reminds me of the lemon and cream sandwich cookiesChocolate Brownie: I thought this would be similar to the mint, but it wasn't...very good and not chalky at all, and good texture and great chocolate flavorHoney Cinnamon: also delicious! Reminded me of a graham crackerI only took one star away because the chocolate mint was terrible!

I was excited to try these cookies. I purchased 2 flavors, Lemon and the mint chocolate. Opening the lemon package I could slightly smell lemon. After tasting 3 of them I was disappointed that the lemon flavor is so subtle its almost none existing. I could taste the different flours and even vanilla, but I could barely taste the lemon flavor. It's why I ate 3 slowly trying to find that lemon flavor. It wasn't there. There is more of the nut flour flavor than the lemon flavor. I think the idea of these are fantastic but I feel if it's a lemon cookie then I should be able to taste the lemon in it. The Mint chocolate cookie again was a disapointment. I can taste the chocolate but not the peppermint. When I eat a mint chocolate cookie I would like the peppermint flavor not just the chocolate. Again the balamce in flavor is lacking in both of the cookies I tried. Three stars for the healthy side and using nut flour, but more of the flavor the cookie is suppose to be would be nice.

First time purchasing these they are so good 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. Satisfied my sweet tooth and a great snack for on the go.
