I had to buy this because my fat ass sat on the last one and broke it. This one works just as good as the original.

Perfect replacement for my old remote. After charging it, the remote was easily paired and has been working ever since.

Our original Apple remote was not holding a charge. There were less expensive replacement remotes with very mixed reviews. Honestly, I was nervous about the price and the fact it would be a reconditioned remote. It arrived quickly with a well designed plastic covering that was easily removed with a pull tab. (no scissors or tweezers needed!) We charged it with the cable it came with, followed the simple directions to have it smoothly connect with our Apple device, and we're back in business. It looks exactly like our old one, we can search by voice command, the volume control works just fine. This one is worth the extra money. Very pleased. 5 stars.

The remote never work. I tried everything. Even plugged the remote in for a full day and still nothing happened. I’m so disappointed, $80 wasted.

Needed replace the old one after years of working with cracked glass. We didn't like like the newer remotes and we were so happy to get tis 'retro' version. Paired up fine and works great!
