I but these for my son when he gets headaches. It helps numb things for a bit and easy to pop back in freezer after.

This ice pack is cheap, but it gets the coldest of all the ones I’ve tried, and it stays colder for longer. I’ve suffered with neck pain for most of my life, and I often go to bed with one on my neck. I have more expensive ones, but they don’t get or stay as cold as this one. The only downside is that it is thin, so it sometimes rips or tears easily. But for the money, it’s very good.

Bought for shoulder pain but we use these so often for bruises, knee pain and even as emergency cool packs for picnics! They are so good that I’ve shared the link to several family members!

Such a good idea, just had a knee op and this is so easy to use to ease swelling.

Bought this to help treat a back injury, the gel works fantastic however the compression cuff does not. After two weeks use, the Velcro has now come undone making the cuff unfit for purpose as I can no longer use it to hold the gel in place. Emailed seller directly for support, they have sent a replacement really quickly and this unit appears to be better quality..

The sleeve is better then the gel pack, if I'm being honest, so I'll start there. It's comfortable to wear, for the short periods you'll be icing a joint anyway. It's also fairly easy to put on, even with one hand whilst strapping it around an elbow as in my case. Then there's the gel pack part of the equation which, really, is the most important part. It's OK. It does get nice and cold in the freezer, but beware leaving it in too long as it freezes solid as a rock and takes hours to get soft enough to use again. OK, you could defrost in hot water to get it back to a soft state more quickly I guess. I've found keeping it in the fridge, and then a quick 30 minute blast in the freezer works best. I haven't tried it hot yet, so cannot comment on that side of things. All-in-all then, there are better gel packs out there that have more anti-freeze in them (I assume) and stay softer when kept in the freezer. They cost at least twice as much though, and there's the bottom line: for the money this is a no brainer great value buy.

Comodissima e fin troppo grande. Per il prezzo pagato sono rimasto stupito dalle dimensioni del prodotto. Ottima anche la custodia che permette di utilizzarlo senza rovinare la pelle e grazie al comodo velcro è posizionabile in diversi modi.

Les sacs sont plus beau et grand qu'un autre produit ici qu'on avait deja qui a augmente en prix, mais le sac a fondu apres une seule utilisation au micro-onde. Les instructions disent de remplir un bol d'eau parce que le sac est trop faible, delicat, fragile, instable, précaire, vulnérable, et frêle par lui meme. Ce qui n'etait pas le cas avec le premier produit qui a ete utilise une bonne 50-100 fois et nous avons aucune intentions de jouer dans l'eau comme des bebes aussitot qu'on peu les remplacer. Une etoile parce que c'est le minimum mais il en merite zero. Il ne vaut pas le cout de l'emballage. Apres une deuxieme utilisation le sac endommage a fait une fuite. Ils vont tous les deux aller au dechets immediatement. Ce produit est mal concu et ne devrait pas etre sur le marche.

Indispensable surtout si vous êtes comme moi et n'avez jamais de glaçons !

Tras varios meses de uso (sólo frío), sólo puedo recomendarlo. Muy buen precio para un producto hasta el momento sin pegas. La funda se ajusta sin problemas a la zona a tratar (la bolsa de gel entra algo justa pero sin problema), y ofrece un lado sin prácticamente separación a la bolsa y otra más gruesa de tela por si se quiere aplicar menos frío. La bolsa se queda totalmente rígida recién sacada de congelador, por lo que hay que dejarla calentar algo antes de poder adaptar su forma. Recomendable.
