It's perfect as all Lodge products! Food cooks perfectly and is more tasty than in regular pots. Price is also fair, much better than Cuisinart. Just love it!

Well made and heavy but that is to be expected of cast iron. Perfect size for a couple or small family.

First time to own a dutch oven, and after using it only a few times, I can't believe I've gone most of my life without one. Well, except the cost. The more famous brands cost 2-3 times what this Lodge brand cost, and although I can't say anything about longevity, I'm betting it'll become a family heirloom. Superb quality, all the way around.
