Good looking cable. Female socket had a little bit of a loose fit with the male end so I taped them to secure the connection. They work and the price was acceptable. That's all I needed.

I plugged it in for superior sound right away. A great purchase!

I literally could probably fill a dump truck with all the cable I have acquired over the years.Can’t seem to throw any of them away figuring I might need a particular one at some point. I also hate spending money on cables.We we arranged a room in our house and I ended up have to buy a new wall mount for a TV. I had to hang it in a weird corner area and ending up having to turn 2 different TV mount into one in order to make it hang right. The new mount I made blocked the digital audio out of the TV…..I have a ton of these optical cables and not one of the would fit. I really did try about 10 cables I have here. I need what I thought was a right angled optical cable. Found this one …ordered it up..I believe it was same or next day delivery.I went to install it the way I thought it needed to be angled at and realized I messed up and it need to be less than a full right angle. I hadn’t realized it when I bout the cable that it is not only angled to make it shallower than a typical cable …but it also swivels to any position you need. Happy accident. I actually which I had a spare to add to my collection.. Quality and coool looking too.

The reviews noted that this brand of cable has an unusual shape. As a result, you have to force the male cable jnto the connector. It works, but it's not molded in the shape of an optical jack. Sound quality is good - so at least they got that right.

Replaced my television with a larger one, but found the existing optical cable was too short. This solved my problem without having to fish a newer and longer cable down the wall. Works perfectly!
