Great product
I love this, the belt doesn't dig into your waist. The only thing u wish I could change is that at least two of the straps accommodate really short people. I love this for leg exercises but they are just a lil to loose.

Adjustment would be nice, but works
This thing will definitely kick your butt for a bit when you start using it, but it's great for resistance training. I do wish that there was a way to shorten the bands a bit, I found i really had to extend before I got much resistance, but when it did pull back on me I absolutely felt it. Great for supplementing a workout or just shadowboxing in your living room.

Please ship part to me
Not so good since it snapped really quickly. I was using it for my martial art practice. Want the part that goes from ankle to ankle shipped if not I’m going to keep this at one star.

Needs to be designed 20% better
I’ll break it into the different areas that need better design. I bought this for boxing training.Leg section: Bands are so short that it puts so much pressure on the wait band it pulls your shorts down constantly. Need some suspender like straps to hold the waist band from drooping.Arm section: The covering for the band is so abrasive that within 3 minutes of boxing the skin on my inner forearm right below my elbow was rubbed right off . Literally bloodied.Instructions: the manual doesn’t need to be insane, but the pictures could be better so you can actually see which strap goes where and how. There’s also no explanation on which band length goes where so it s a guessing game. There’s additional d rings on the belt with no explanation of what they’re for.This could he a good unit with 20-30% more design work. It was built well and with quality materials, it’s just a flawed design and the material selection albeit good materials could have been better selected for the purpose.
