Perfect for my “jeffing”!

Quite easy to setup once you read the instructions. Bleeps are loud enough when running outdoors ( maybe too loud even on low ). Great little device if doing sets of exercises.

Great for tabbata or circuits. Set your round timer and break timer separately and choose how many rounds you want to do. Battery lasts a long time on a full charge (months) but uses mini usb which is a pain when if like me you ditched them all five years ago because it seemed everything would be usb C charging. 4 stars could be 5 if they upgrade to usb C

Fabulous little gadget. Made my running even more enjoyable, as I run/walk and the beeper is so helpful.

Good concept and I like the design features. The only issues I had wer that it kept flying off my shorts whilst clipped and it's not easy to use the pause feature as it kept resetiing the timer. Somewhat pointless if you are having a microbreak.

Great little gadget. I use it to do intervals for stretching and gym work. I also use it for running time intervals when I am using my watch for distance intervals etc. One charge lasts ages.

Great item when working but this is the second gymboss USB chargeable that I've purchased and every time it's the same issue. The start stop button stops working
