Good taste and value for money
We are from North India so were not aware of Kokam. I drank a kokam sharbat at Dilli Haat and liked the taste so I ordered it from Amazon. The kokam was very good. Tasted exactly like the way I had it earlier. We made sharbat from it many times and also made chutney. Every thing came out wonderful. The quality is good and small amount of kokam gives excellent taste.

Great time saver
Unlike the dried kokam you get often unpackaged, this is salted rind and can be directly added to curry. Dried kokum takes soaking, boiling, cleaning etc whereas you can just throw in a few pieces of rind into the curry and the result is equal to or better than the customary use of dried kokum.

Price hiked! Too much.
I was genuine buyer of Sagunabag products since years. I promoted in all my circle also, and they surely got business. but Suddenly price increases from 175 to 300 in June 2025! Almost doubled the price!!! I changed brand now.
