Too small to plug into my Fischer stereo headphone jack. Is this able to make my stereo bluetooth? And what do i need if so.

The headphone jack is an output, not an input: This device only RECEIVES from bluetooth devices like a phone or TV or etc. So if you want to play music from a phone through your stereo, this will work. If there is no 3.5mm INPUT on your stereo, you will need an adaptor cord with a 3.5mm plug on one end (to plug into this), and RCA jacks on the other end for the stereo AUX input or CD input, or etc. on your Fischer (or most any brand) amp or receiver. You also might want a spare USB charger to leave connected to this device so that it'll never die while in use for needing a charge. If you want to send music from your stereo to bluetooth headphones, you'll need a device that SENDS/TRANSMITS bluetooth from your headphone jack using a 3.5mm to 1/4" adaptor. Many choices on Amazon.

Can it be charged while in use, and is there a loss of sound if it can?

Yes, however I find if I’m using ANC then charging produces a very loud buzz. But charging and listening works fine if ANC is off.

I lost the instructions that came with this. How do I pair it to my phone?

Hold down the center button, the one with a phone icon. That puts it into pairing mode.

Does this work with Chromecast? The sound comes out of my speakers on the monitor. I want to keep them wireless and not use a cable.

Chromecast is already Bluetooth capable. This device would allow the use of a wired connection, so it seems it is not the way you want to go.
