It's almost laughable. How these planters are selling useless old plants with just a dry stem and 2-3 dry leaves

Healthy plant.
There was some delay in delivery. But, fortunately, plant looked mostly ok. Lot of leaves, though a thin plant. No grafting. It's mentioned air layered. Hope it's so.

Badly maintained plant delivered
Saplings wasn’t nurtured properly. Probably vendor picked up the worst plant and shipped. Wasn’t fertilized. Wasn’t watered before shipping. Can’t understand why vendors don’t take pride in their products and take the risk of getting a bad name.
