Disappointed, damages upon receipt
The bag was damaged upon receipt. The white lettering was already coming off on the main part and underneath there was evidence of water/heat damage to the fabric. I did not expect this for the price I paid and before the bag has even been used. I'd only expect this after general wear and tear by the user. I have no choice but to return it given how much I paid for it. Very disappointing.
