Despite the listed delivery time being almost a week, the item was delivered next day. It's good that it was delivered quickly, but for an item like this that could easily melt in the heat, knowing when it's going to be delivered is important, so it should be listed accurately. The package with the product was additionaly packed into a plastic foam box with some ice packets put under the packet with the product, but I am still not sure how long it would have lasted. Also, the foam box had 0 identifying information so it wasn't clear who it was for or what was inside before opening it. All in all, very good effort, but there is room for improvement

The product is usually very good but it came damaged, it was surely exposed to heat then to cold again and the taste is altered. I will never buy again this product online
