Q: Will this work on the 11?

Yes and No, it will not magnetically attach to the 11, but it will charge it. There are “MagSafe stickers” that you can attach to the back of your iPhone 11 that will allow it to mimic the MagSafe feature. But by itself, this won’t work as intended on the iPhone 11 series.

Q: How does this fit the 12/13 pro?

Fits perfectly with the Minis. Looks a little small on the 12/13 Regular/Pro. Looks like the 12/13 Pro Maxes are carrying a little white backpack.
