I love having these packets. This is the household blend, and if I have company at my house, I always ask medium or strong, because I have the same brand stronger. Also I do not have to use IPODS. The packages I got were a good value for the cost I spend in the supermarkets. My company always says the coffee great, and when I tell them it is a packet they are in shock. Thank you

This coffee is roasted medium-light and then dehydrated by freezing, as the tiny shards indicate. No information is given about the origin or even the type of bean. There are 18 packets of instant coffee in each box and each packet contains 3 g for a total of 54 g or 1.9 oz. Buying a large jar is certainly a better value, but the single-serving packets are convenient. The coffee dissolves easily in hot water and makes a smooth cup that has a pleasant aroma. I would prefer a darker roast, but the flavor is not bad for instant. Each packet is supposed to make an 8 oz. cup, but it is much better if less water is used, or if milk, sugar, cocoa, etc. are added. A packet of this coffee and an envelope of instant hot chocolate mix in a 10 oz. mug is a good way to start the morning when only hot water or a microwave is available.
