Poor packaging
The product itself is beautiful, as expected from Neal's Yard. I was delighted to discover I could order this from Australia as it is difficult to source Neal's Yard products here. The item arrived re-sealed by the post office as when it was packed the lid was not closed properly resulting in over a 1/4 of the product leaking all over the original packaging. This product should either be posted with appropriate, secure packaging or not offered at all.

Amazing. Gorgeous smell doesn't dry my skin. Feels smooth. Just love it

Not pump action
Had been slightly leaking and was not a pump bottle as in the photo do somewhat disappointed . Originally bought for a gift but due to leakage will use myself
