The real deal
This is the real deal. The ultimate burn. Careful with the bottle though. The long neck makes it very fragile. I broke a bottle just because it fell on its side on the table when my arm nudged it.

Good but not up to the mark.
All good but 75000 SHU is not that much how some people have written in reviews. Original Bhut Jolokia from Assam has scored 1000000+ in Scoville scale and made world record. A normal human being can not, just can not take a whole chilli at one time without being sick. Its a doubtless good sauce but not what is being said. I used to travel shillong a lot and i have seen how its being used in cooking and salads. So please reviewers, stop act like hero. Stop lying. Scientifically its not possible to consume Bhut Jolokia everyday in that quantity.

The hottest sauce I've tried!
I regularly have fresh/dried bhoot jolokia with my meals. So I'm used to the hotness. I've never really had really hot bhoot jolokia sauces, they all have the hotness reduced, maybe to reach a wider audience. This one, I actually almost never have it like a dip, it's that hot. I use it regularly in the air fryer though. Once my fried chicken wings or any other meat is cooked, I brush a bit of the sauce and air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes. Gives a really good flavour, dulls the sharpness of the sauce a bit and still hot enough to wake you up. Recommended if you can take the heat. Tip: pinch of corn starch with any dry rub (I use garam masala sometimes), salt, pepper etc, w/o oil + air fryer at 180c 15 min, 200c 2 min+sauce= great evenings!
