The customer service was great! I had not even received the product yet and the company had notified me to inform that they were not going to meet the shipping date and gave me the option to cancel the order. I was okay with the new date and told them to continue with the order. It arrived long before the second delivery date. I wasn't sure by looking at the picture what shade of red the cover would be, it is more of an orange red. It fits my 13"x18" pillow. It is easy to get the pillow into the case and zips close easily, with a little room. I have washed it in the washing machine and put it in the dryer without any change. I have not slept on it yet, but am happy with my purchase. I would purchase from this company again.

LOVE THESE PILLOW CASES BECAUSE OF THE COOLING EFFECT WHEN SLEEPING THE COMFORT YOU GET WHEN SLEEPING THE FABRIC THEY USE IS VERY SOFT & EASY TO TAKE CARE OF AS FAR AS CLEANING GOES. HAVE ORDER A FEW SETS & A CHOICE OF MANY COLORS.
