Defective product
I was delivered a defective product which doesn’t power on. I have requested for a refund And the seller is yet to contact me. Terrible experience

So sad. Such a cute coffee maker but RIP. Only lasted 2 1/2 years. No warning, just stopped working. All the lights were on but it appeared the pump died and was no longer running the water through. I saw others reviewed the same issue. Pretty spendy coffee maker for a short lifespan. Also had a poor design when it came to putting the water in because the lid doesn’t open back far enough. I was willing to overlook that design flaw and would still have recommended it had it not lived such a short life.
